More Of My Administration 3

To this point, I have told you my choices for my administration, and by now you are starting to see where I am going. I simply don't think that you should put re-capped tires on your Ferrari, and I don't think you should look to career politicians and political appointees to fix what they have worked all of their lives to ruin. It is so simple if you think about it, and my point is to MAKE YOU THINK. If you cook a turkey for the holidays, and it does not turn out good, do you use the same recipe next time? NO, you learn from that mistake, and try something different. And you always look for ways to make it better. So, why is it so difficult for you to look at government at all levels the same way? That is what is done in the business world. Failure brings about change, or disaster for business.

Let's imagine that there is a construction company that builds single family houses. The CEO decides that the company is going to build homes that are underground. But the company can not sell these homes, because the buyers don't like them. What happens to that CEO? Either he is replaced, and the company goes in another direction, or the company dissolves. It is the same in government. We have been doing the same thing for decades, and it is not working. Time for change! So, read on to see where my changes will take us.

Department of Education: I hope that you read my BLOG on education. If so, you will know that I advocate a major change in the system. Why do people go to school? Obviously to learn, but to learn what? We go to school to prepare ourselves for life, and the present system fails at this. I wand an education system that prepares people to graduate from school, and enter the work force where they can build good and productive lives. Turns out young people who are qualified to enter the job market in the trades, manufacturing, industry and the service industry here in America. Today, we turn out people who can at best get jobs at minimum wage or go directly to welfare. In too many cases, they choose illegal avenues to make money, and that costs all of us. So, I give you the man who can right this ship, James Wright III! What, you don't know him? OK, he is my brother in-law. But he understands this dilemma better than most of you, and he is up to the challenge. Go Jimmy, make believers out of Americans!

Department of Veterans Affairs: Here we need a real Vet. Someone who has been there and done that. Not some draft dodger, or some lawyer. Not some political hack given the job as a favor for efforts in the campaign. I want someone who knows Vets, appreciates Vets and understands the needs of Vets! I want the Vet's Vet, I want R. Lee Ermey! A retired Marine ( though as an old submarine sailor, I don't fault him ), and one tough enough to stand against those who oppose change. Give them all they want, and get it done Sarge!

department of Homeland Security: What a bizarre organization this is! I mean, it was created by "Baby Bush", which should tell you all you need to know, but it doesn't do anything new. It seems to only take resources from other agencies and organizations to do the same things that they were originally responsible for doing. I'll get rid of this black hole that sucks up taxpayer dollars and provides nothing new for the people. Besides, I'll need your office space for some new departments I want to create. White House Chief of Staff: This person needs to be fearless in front of the cameras, unfazed when answering questions, and one who tells it like it really is. This person must have a quick mind, and intense focus. Look, this position is the face of the administration, and will have to face the press, the people and me. Certainly not a task for the average person. And, this position requires "Style", and the ability to keep people listening, not dose off during periods of useless drivel and endless dodging of the issues. So, Cedric "The Entertainer will be the one who will stand up to all of the pressures of this position and keep America informed and focused. Yes, Cerdic! And when he finishes tell America something, there will be NO doubt what he said! Cedric, Cedric, Cedric!

I know, you are speechless, impressed, and ready to jump on my bandwagon! You are starting to see the magic in my plans, and you have a new vision of hope. But, there is no free lunch America. I need your support, I need your hearts and minds. And, I need your MONEY! Send it in, cash only please. Break open that piggy bank and let's get change started! You don't need that new car, the old one works great, send me the money. You don't need another TV set, give me the cash! I'm NOT going to get support from corporate America where the BIG BUCKS come from, and I'm not going to get support from the "Rich and Famous", so the burden for change is upon you, the American People.
